New Jersey’s Casino Control Commission licensed Caesars World Inc. to operate Caesars Casino Hotel in Atlantic City for another year . . . Boys Markets, which operates stores in urban neighborhoods of Los Angeles, said earthquake damage to stores and food items will reduce earnings for the third quarter ended Oct. 4 by about 4 cents to 5 cents a share . . . Allegheny Beverage said it has tentatively reduced the price of its Service America Corp. subsidiary by $50 million to $450 million in negotiations with the management group seeking to buy the unit.
