Viral Meningitis Outbreak Temporarily Closes College

MILTON, Mass. — Curry College officials on Wednesday canceled classes for the remainder of the week in an effort to halt a three-week-old outbreak of viral meningitis that has stricken at least 36 students. Health officials are attempting to trace the source of contamination at the college, which has an enrollment of 1,300.
