A U.S. District Court judge in Los Angeles ordered the Screen Actors Guild this week to supply documents requested by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission for its investigation of an age discrimination complaint filed against the union. Guild employee Jack Roberts, 65, alleges that he was passed over for a promotion because of his age. Roberts is a TV claims representative for the union.
