Whittier : Architect for Park Sites Chosen

The Whittier City Council has approved spending $79,500 to hire an architect to design replacements for the recreation activity building and swimming pool at Palm Park. The contract was awarded to John Bates Associates, which is expected to complete design plans in five months and then supervise construction of the facilities.
