Primerica Corp. announced that G. Kirk Ellis was elected senior vice president and the chief counsel for its PennCorp Financial subsidiary, headquartered in Santa Monica. In addition, Ellis has been named the chief counsel for each of PennCorp’s four life and accident and health insurance company affiliates.
Ellis had served as vice president and associate chief counsel for the company and its affiliates before his new assignment. Robert A. Miller will succeed Ellis in those positions.
