Regarding Leonard Feather’s review of Sarah Vaughan’s “Brazilian Romance” (Jazz, Oct. 18), he omitted one key figure responsible for the success of the album--the lyricist, Tracy Mann.
She provided English lyrics for six of the 10 tracks and wrote an original lyric for one other. Her contribution should not be overlooked or ignored.
