City Clerk Kathleen Midstokke has the easiest reelection campaign to run but will the busiest on election day.
Midstokke, 37, is unopposed for the part-time position, which pays $1,000 a month. This will be her second four-year term.

Midstokke is working on a paralegal degree at El Camino College, is divorced and has two children.
