A Montgomery, Ala., judge ruled this week that Cathy Stone, 34, is the illegitimate daughter of the late country music star Hank Williams, thus strengthening her claim to a portion of his multimillion-dollar estate. Montgomery County Circuit Judge Mark Kennedy ruled that Stone was the daughter of Hank Williams and Bobbie Webb Jett, a Nashville, Tenn., secretary who stayed with Williams in the summer of 1952. Stone was born Jan. 6, 1953, five days after Williams died from a heart attack. A spokesman for Williams’ legitimate son, country star Hank Williams Jr., said he probably would appeal.
