‘Prudent Yet Restrained’

According to Summers, the way to deal with our conflict with Iran is to use an “excess of means,” thereby reducing the loss of life. Rather than an excess of military force, it’s time to devote an “excess of means” to developing other ways to resolve conflict. Not only would we reduce the loss of life, we would begin to invest in a better future.
