Plunkett Could Be Answer to the Raiders’ Problems

What the Raiders need is a miracle. His name is Jim Plunkett. I’m not talking starting quarterback, I’m talking head coach. Al Davis, if you really believe in a “commitment to excellence,” then put up or shut up. Fire Tom Flores and replace him with Plunkett or anybody before you miss the playoffs for the second year in a row. It might be too late already.
