University Opens First Real Estate Computer Center
- Share via
The University of Denver’s department of Real Estate and Construction Management has opened the nation’s first computer software testing center to provide unbiased evaluations of programs designed for the real estate and construction management industry.
The center requires no fee for evaluations and supplies vendors with a report following a three- to four-month testing period. Before anything is published, vendors are given an opportunity to address identified problems; it also keeps vendors posted on current educational and business applications of their software.
Steven Laposa and Prof. Glenn Mueller will direct the center. They can be reached at the Department of Real Estate and Construction Management, BA 321, University of Denver, Denver, Colo. 80208.
