Fireman’s Fund Signs Major Lease in San Diego

Fireman’s Fund has signed a $13.5-million lease for 73,114 square feet of office space in the new 9444 Balboa Ave. office project now under construction on San Diego’s Kearney Mesa. John Burnham Commercial Real Estate represented both the lessee and the lessor, Oliver-McMillan Inc., in the agreement.
