Bixby Office Park at Old Ranch Opens in Seal Beach

Bixby Office Park at Old Ranch, a 270,000-square-foot commercial office development in Seal Beach, has opened with more than 30% of its space leased, according to the developer, the Bixby Ranch Co.
The $40-million office park was designed by Albert C. Martin and constructed by C. L. Peck Contractors (Peck/Jones) of Los Angeles. The exclusive marketing agent is Coldwell Banker.
