Tom Carnahan was elected president of the San Fernando Valley Board of Realtors for 1988. The present head of the real estate agents’ trade group is Steve Raynor.
Carnahan, 33, has been a member of the board since 1976, and is its first vice president. He will be succeeded in that post next year by Malcolm MacEwen.
