Mother Saves 2 Children, Dies in Fire With 2 Others

BREWERTON, N.Y. — A woman dropped two of her children out a window to safety but she and her two teen-age boys died when fire destroyed their house Wednesday, officials said. The Oswego County Sheriff’s Department identified the dead as Patricia Roller, 39, and her sons John, 17, and Dan, 16. The cause of the fire was under investigation.
