UCI Women Play Long Beach in PCAA Opener

The UC Irvine women’s basketball team will play Cal State Long Beach, ranked 11th in the country, in the Bren Center tonight at 7:30 in the Pacific Coast Athletic Assn. opener for both schools.
Senior center Natalie Crawford leads the Anteaters (2-6) with an average of 16.9 points and 10.5 rebounds.
Penny Toler, a junior guard who is averaging 28.3 points a game, leads Long Beach (3-3).
