Local News in Brief : 1 Killed in Apparent Robbery

A 49-year-old San Pedro man, an apparent robbery victim, was shot to death about 10:20 p.m. outside his car in a parking lot of Harbor Regional Park, Los Angeles police said.
The body of Eugneizusz Koss was found in the Harbor City park’s south lot, said Harbor Division Sgt. Bill Snyder. Two men were seen running from the area, Snyder said.
