Book on Rental Figures Offered

The Institute of Real Estate Management is offering free copies of its 1988 book analyzing income and expenses of conventional apartments to managers and owners who contribute operating data on one of their properties for confidential use in the book.
The 215-page book, which will sell to the public for $90, analyzes apartment buildings’ income and operating costs, turnover rates, utility bills and other factors.
To be eligible for a free copy, the contributor must submit data on a building of 12 or more units and meet other requirements. More information is available from the IREM, 601 S. Ardmore Ave., Los Angeles 90005.
