Man Arrested in Shooting at Plant

A Hunt-Wesson Foods employee was arrested Tuesday in connection with an attempt to shoot the company’s personnel director during an argument, Fullerton police said. The director was not injured.
Pedro Ramirez Lopez, 46, of Buena Park was arrested near the plant at 1645 W. Valencia Drive in Fullerton, police said.
Officers allege that a fight had occurred between Lopez and the personnel director and that Lopez had fired one shot from a pistol.
