The victors will have another hour to toast their victory and the losers will be able to cry in their beers until 2 a.m. the night of the New Hampshire presidential primary on Feb. 16.
Continuing a long tradition, state liquor commissioners have extended New Hampshire’s usual bar and restaurant liquor hours one hour beyond the usual closing, 1 a.m.
