Cuban Official in Mexico to Meet With De la Madrid

MEXICO CITY — Cuban Foreign Minister Isidoro O. Malmierca arrived Sunday to talk with President Miguel de la Madrid and attend a meeting of the Mexico-Cuba Intergovernmental Mixed Commission, the Foreign Ministry said.
