Media Five Ltd. has been ranked 36th in the nation among interior design firms for the restaurant and hotel industry by Interior Design Magazine, a trade publication.
Hawaii-based Media Five opened an office in Costa Mesa in 1986 to focus on the U.S. market and has been active in Hawaii and Australia, where it opened an office in the mid-1970s.
The magazine said it ranked Media Five based on the company’s $27 million in annual worldwide billings.
Media Five said recently that its business in California has been picking up after a slow 1987.
