Three Project Management Companies Complete Merger

The merger of two California-based project management companies with Phoenix-headquartered Reese-Carr Inc., has been completed.
The new firm will be named Reese-Carr--A Project Control Co. and will retain its corporate offices in Phoenix. In addition, the privately owned firm has established offices in Los Angeles at 2029 Century Park East; in Irvine at 2192 Martin Street, Suite 270, and in San Francisco.
The two companies which merged with Reese-Carr, also a management firm, are Project Control Inc., Los Angeles, and Ultra Control, San Francisco. Both were previously headed by architect Donnell V. Grimes, who has been named chairman of the merged companies and will continue to be at the Los Angeles office.
Richard A. Reese, previously chairman of Reese-Carr Inc., will serve as president and chief executive officer of Reese-Carr--A Project Control Co. The new firm will employ about 60 professional and support staff.
