Second Phase on Pomona Complex Begun

Construction has begun on the second phase of University Corporate Center, a $54-million office and manufacturing complex in Pomona.
Four low-rise buildings with a total of 112,274 square feet of office and manufacturing space will be added in the second phase, scheduled for completion in July. The first phase has two office buildings with 150,000 square feet of space.
The complex is located at the southeast sector of the interchange of Interstates 10 and 210 and California 57 and 71.
The Macklin Cos. of Newport Beach is developing the project, and Tustin-based Davcon Inc. is general contractor. Architect is Ware & Malcomb of Irvine.
