Reagan, Sinatra in Tribute to Gene Autry

President Reagan and Frank Sinatra are among those participating in “A Tribute to Gene Autry,” a two-hour KMPC (710 AM) radio special Sunday at 6 p.m.
The “Singing Cowboy” is profiled from his rural Texas beginning to his success in records, film, television and as owner of KTLA Channel 5, KMPC radio and the California Angels baseball team.
Jim Lange narrates the program that includes interviews with Autry, his wife, Jackie; Johnny Cash, Ringo Starr and longtime Autry sidekick Pat Buttram.
