The Federal Home Loan Bank Board said no criminal activity has been found in a five-month investigation of the Federal Asset Disposition Assn. completed by the FHLBB’s inspector general. The investigation, which reveals only some ineffective business practices, generally refutes allegations made against FADA principally by New Jersey real estate investor William Juliano. Bank Board Chairman M. Danny Wall requested the investigation. The inspector general’s investigation covered nine specific allegations made by Juliano in his charge of personal mistreatment by FADA.
