S. Korea Will Move Consulate

The South Korean consulate general has purchased the 5-story, 33,568-square-foot Gibraltar Savings & Loan Building at 3243-45 Wilshire Blvd. for $5 million.
The consulate plans to relocate in the fall from its current quarters at 5455 Wilshire Blvd., according to William K. Lees of the Charles Dunn Co., which represented the seller, Atekos Investments N.V., in the transaction. Sonia Suk of Sonia Suk Realty represented the consulate.
