Speech by Reagan Set

WASHINGTON — President Reagan will travel to Chicago on May 4 to make a foreign policy speech to the National Strategy Forum, a nonpartisan group of civic leaders, the White House announced today. While in Chicago, the President will attend a Republican fund-raising event.
