Seoul Taxi Drivers Strike

SEOUL, South Korea — About 13,000 Seoul taxi drivers went on strike Friday after last-ditch talks with vehicle owners’ representatives failed. The strike, over demands for better pay and working conditions, halted about 30% of the capital’s 41,000 taxis, Labor Ministry officials said.
