Prince surprised 400 extras hired for a video shoot last weekend by playing a 90-minute, theater-in-the-round concert at his entertainment complex in Chanhassen, Minn., a Minneapolis suburb. Prince and his band launched into the mostly oldies set after an all-day shoot Saturday for the new song “Glam Slam.” Prince is scheduled to take his theater-in-the-round concerts on tour, beginning July 8 in Paris.
