Shell Refinery Explosion’s 7th, Final Victim Located

NORCO, La. — The seventh and last victim of the Shell Oil Co. refinery explosion was found in the rubble of the plant after six days of searching, company officials said Wednesday. The body identified Tuesday night was that of Bill Coles, 27, of LaPlace, spokesman Bill Gibson said.
