Arthur W. Tunnell has been appointed vice president, sales and marketing, for Calay Systems, an Irvine-based manufacturer. Before joining the company, Tunnell was vice president, sales, for MCS. Previously, he had been with Computervision, Valid Logic and HHB Systems. Calay manufactures design automation systems for making printed circuit boards.
