Kristen Babb of the United States won the solo event and teamed with Michelle Svitenko for the duet title in an international indoor synchronized swimming meet at Palma de Majorca in the Balearic Islands.
The United States topped the standings with 184.393 points, followed by Canada with 180.831 and Japan with 177.035.
