A memorial service will be held Monday in Imlay City, Mich., for Lee Weyer, National League umpire who died of a heart attack Monday night after working a game in San Francisco.
The service will be held at Muir Brothers’ mortuary in Imlay City at 1 p.m., EDT. A graveside service will follow at the county cemetery there.
The family has asked that any memorial contributions be sent to the American Heart Assn. or the Lee Weyer Sports Fund Scholarship, in care of Muir Brothers, 225 N. Main St., Imlay City, Mich. 48444.
