James P. McCann has been named president of Bridgestone (U.S.A.), Torrance. He succeeds Norihiro Takeuchi, who was named senior vice president-business planning at Firestone Tire & Rubber Co. upon completion of Bridgestone’s merger with Firestone. McCann previously was Bridgestone’s executive vice president.
