Plaza Pacifica Plans Disclosed

Plans for Plaza Pacifica, an 80,000-square-foot office building to be built on a 3.6-acre Irvine Spectrum site at Barranca Parkway, has been announced by W & S Commercial Inc., a Watt Enterprises company.
The project is a joint-venture partnership with TKC Development Inc., a California corporation of Tokai Kogyo Co. Ltd. of Japan, and Coleman/Caskey Architects of Irvine.
Plaza Pacifica will be the corporate headquarters of both W & S Commercial and Coleman/Caskey, architects for the project. The four-story, $16.5-million office building will feature 19,500-square-foot floors for both single and multiple tenancies. Tokai Kogyo America is the prime contractor.
