Freedom, Fireworks and Fun on Fourth of July

Well, they did it to us again! How was your Independence Day? Wasn’t something missing? We used to go down the street and pick out Snow Cones and sparklers or, if we liked, Piccolo Petes and ground-flowers--we had a choice. We used to have independent freedom of choice. But the bureaucrats detected a minority of abusers and their only solution was to restrict the freedom of the majority--punish the prudent for the sins of the imprudent. The erosion continues!
