Kimberly-Clark Corp. reported that net income increased 19.5% to $100.1 million for the second quarter from a year ago. The Dallas paper-products company cited improved foreign sales and a boom in sales of disposable diapers in the United States for setting company records for profit and sales, which rose to $1.34 billion from $1.22 billion from a year ago.
