Investment Group Buys 6% of Prism Stock

A group led by Wort D. Walker III has acquired almost 6% of Prism Entertainment’s common stock, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
From April 19 to June 30, the group bought 96,000 Prism common shares--representing 2.3%--at $3.37 to $3.87 each. It now owns 131,000 shares of the Los Angeles producer of prerecorded videocassettes.
