Samuel H. Maw has been appointed president of the Denny’s division of TW Services, a food services company. Maw previously was senior vice president-research and development of the Spartan division. He succeeds Jerome J. Richardson, president of TW Services, who assumed responsibility for the coffee shop chain early this year. Denny’s is headquartered in La Mirada.
