Europe Warned of Drugs

LONDON — South American drug barons are setting their sights on Britain and continental Europe as potentially rich markets for cocaine, junior Foreign Office minister Tim Eggar told a radio interviewer Thursday. Eggar had just finished a tour of South America’s chief cocaine growing and manufacturing nations, principally Colombia and Peru.
