Evacuees Return Home After Lab Fire in Idaho

REXBURG, Ida. — People living near a pharmaceutical laboratory that burned after an explosion were allowed to return to their homes Tuesday while officials continued investigating whether smoke from the fire was toxic. Clouds of smoke from Monday’s fire were dispersing and drifting away from populated areas, a Fire Department spokesman said.
