Design Is Fine, but Can’t Sell to the Neighbors

For all of the design providing each unit “its own outdoor space” I get no sense that there is provision for children’s play and activity space. Few apartments are designed so as to not force children to the street for activity. Children, being naturally active and helter-skelter, quickly demolish the limited vegetation available, etc.
