William M. Agee has been named president of Morrison-Knudsen Corp., Boise, Ida., in addition to his titles of chairman and chief executive. William Deasy, 51, who was chief executive until Agee took over last month, has resigned “to develop other business opportunities.” After Agee joined the company, Deasy was corporate president, chief operating officer and a director.
Agee also announced that a former Bendix and Allied Signal executive, Donald R. Kayser, 57, will be become executive vice president, chief financial officer and a director. The board also accepted immediate resignations from G. W. Gilfillan, 50, executive vice president and a director, and James B. Greene, vice president-communications and planning.
