Orange County’s first and only research gerontology center will be dedicated today at Cal State Fullerton. Planning and fund raising for the $2.5-million Charles L. and Rachael E. Ruby Gerontology Center was undertaken by Continuing Learning Experience, a university organization of more than 400 retired professionals. The center, which will focus on education and research on aging, was built without state funding.
