Disappointed in America
I recently flew to Brisbane, Australia, to see the Expo 88 celebration. Although my time was short, the pavilions I visited were very interesting and good. Of course, I was most interested in the U.S. pavilion. However, I didn’t have time to go through the California pavilion. In any case, I was disappointed in the U.S. pavilion because it was devoted to sports. There were many things that could have been included, particularly the beauty of our states, so I left quite depressed. I’m sure that citizens of Australia left Expo 88 feeling very proud, as did travelers of other nations that were exhibited.
