Aw, come on! “A Stranger Waits,” which starred Suzanne Pleshette, was a mess of a movie. She’s crying her eyes out over her deceased husband, and in the next scene, she’s having a torrid love affair with the recently aquired young caretaker. A stupid movie about a stupid woman. What a waste of time!
