5.7 Quake Shakes Taiwan

TAIPEI, Taiwan — A strong earthquake off the coast of Taiwan, which measured 5.7 on the Richter scale, shook houses in Taipei on Wednesday, but there were no reports of casualties or damage, the Central Weather Bureau said.
