Pope & Talbot Wis. Inc, a subsidiary of Pope & Talbot Inc., paid $48.3 million for the convenience products division of Georgia-Pacific Corp., according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The division consists of four disposable diaper manufacturing facilities.
