‘Insurance: Yes on 100’

I am shocked and appalled at your support of Proposition 100, the “Trial Lawyers’ Protection Act.” These are the people responsible for the excessive rates we have now, having created the “free lunch” and “something for nothing” philosophies that prevail in today’s society. And you admit “it is stacked in favor of trial lawyers” and yet naively feel its “saving grace” is that it can be cured by a Legislature full of attorneys! Give us consumers credit for some intelligence and let’s try for real reform!
